We had a lovely stay in a well-appointed condo, complete with its own kitchen and laundry facilities. The setting was beautiful, and the unit was very spacious and clean. However, navigating the multiple buildings was a bit confusing, and the small pool was not ideal for our kids. Overall, it was a great value for the luxury we experienced.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel for our anniversary. The suite was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen that made it easy to prepare some meals. The underground parking was a lifesaver in the cold weather. However, there are definitely some areas that could use improvement, especially regarding maintenance in the common areas and amenities like the pool.

My stay was quite disappointing, making it hard to see how this hotel earned any luxury status. Despite the badly maintained unit with cleanliness issues, I noticed a few dedicated staff members who genuinely seemed to care. The location is decent, being a short drive to Canmore, but overall, I couldn't overlook the neglect and poor condition of the facilities.
